Zutaten:

50g BenFit low carb Fusilli
120g Gambas
1/2 Zitrone
Frischer Thymian
Knoblauch, Salz
Olivenöl

So wird's gemacht:

Die Nudeln in Salzwasser kochen. Die Gambas in Öl und Knoblauch braten. Die halbe Zitrone in Scheiben schneiden. Nun alles zusammen in einen Topf geben, etwas Öl und Zitrone sowie den Thymian darüber geben und kurz zusammen anbraten. Fertig!
