100 g Tomaten 

So wird's gemacht:

Die Toasts kurz toasten und mit dem Tomatenmark bestreichen. Die übrigen Zutaten kleinschneiden und auf den Toasts verteilen. Kurz in den Backofen geben, bis der Käse schön geschmolzen ist.
