Zutaten:

85g BenFit High Protein Fusilli
1 Dose Thunfisch
1 Tomate
10ml Sojasoße
65g Avocado
Knoblauch
Gewürze

So wird's gemacht:

Die Nudeln kochen. Den Thunfisch zusammen mit der Sojasoße anbraten. Die Avocado mit einer Gabel zermatschen und mit den Gewürzen verfeinern. Die fertigen Nudeln dann mit der Avocado Paste mischen und zum Schluss den Thunfisch daraufgeben. Als letztes die Tomaten schneiden und oben drauf geben. Fertig!
