Zutaten:

60g BenFit Low Carb Penne
5 Cherry Tomaten
20g Hirtenkäse
1 Handvoll Rucola

So wird's gemacht:

Die Nudeln in kochendes Wasser geben und kochen bis sie gar sind. In der Zwischenzeit die Tomaten und den Käse schneiden und den Rucola waschen. Die Nudeln abtropfen lassen und alles zusammen in eine Bowl geben. Wer mag, kann noch Soße darüber geben. Fertig!
