Shipping and Delivery

Our subscriptions offer maximum flexibility and can be concluded for selected products. You can also pause deliveries, change your delivery address, cancel your subscription and make many other changes at any time.

Once you are logged in you can edit all aspects of your subscription under "Account Details" >> "Manage Subscriptions". Here you can adjust the following: - quantities of products in your subscription - the next delivery date of your subscription on which your next Benfit delivery will be sent - the delivery frequency of your subscription, i.e. how often you receive deliveries - Delivery address to which you wish to receive your delivery. Pause Suspend your subscription, for example if you are going on a trip or your supplies will last for a while. If you want to receive your products again, you can continue your subscription at any time from the same menu. Cancel If you no longer wish to receive a particular product, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply click on "Cancel" and confirm your cancellation. Create new subscription You can also order and create a new subscription without leaving your account area. This is very comfortable if you want to receive another product at a different interval or to a different address than your regular delivery. Simply select "Add product", add delivery interval and complete.
Under "Delivery schedule" you can see the next deliveries you can look forward to. The deliveries are sorted chronologically and summarised by delivery date, so you have a good overview of which products you will receive and when. Similar to subscriptions, you can also manage all the details of your upcoming deliveries here.
