General Terms and Conditions for the Mobile Message Service

BenFit Nutrition's mobile message service is operated by Klaviyo. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Mobile Message Terms"). We may change or terminate the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also change these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such change will be deemed to be your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to BenFit Nutrition's text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of BenFit Nutrition through your wireless carrier to the cell phone number you provide, even if your cell phone number is on a state or federal "Do Not Call" list. Text messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make purchases and that your consent is not a condition of making a purchase from BenFit Nutrition. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for any costs and fees associated with text messaging charged by your wireless carrier. The frequency of messages varies. Message and data charges may apply. Check your wireless plan and contact your wireless carrier for details. You are solely responsible for all charges associated with text messages, including charges from your wireless carrier.
You can cancel the service at any time. Send a text message with the keyword STOP to [enter your tracking number] or click the unsubscribe link (if provided) in any text message to cancel the service. You will receive a one-time confirmation text message to unsubscribe. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you have initiated this yourself. If you are subscribed to other mobile messaging programs from [Company Name] and wish to cancel them, you must unsubscribe separately from those programs by following the instructions in the applicable mobile messaging terms and conditions, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you need support or assistance with the Service, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We may change the short codes or telephone numbers we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, that you send to a short code or telephone number that we have changed may not be received, and we are not responsible for fulfilling any requests in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for late or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid cell phone number. If you obtain a new cell phone number, you must register for the Program using your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for any failed, late, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, for any errors in such information, and/or for any actions you take or fail to take in reliance on the information or the Service.
