Homemade burgers with mushrooms, chicken breast and BenFit Burger Buns!

Shopping list

For the side dish:
  • 2 BenFit High Protein Burger Buns
  • 4 mushrooms
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ carrot
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Leaf lettuce

For the patties:

  • 150g chicken breast
  • 150g fresh broccoli
  • 50 grated cheese (light)
  • 1 egg

Bake the burger buns for 10 min at 170 degrees. To prepare the patties, finely chop the chicken breast and broccoli and add the egg and cheese.

Mix everything until the consistency is good enough to form the patties. Fry them in a pan for 5-10 min on low heat.

In the same pan, sauté the sliced mushrooms as desired.
Chop all other ingredients (grate the carrot) and top the buns as desired.
