For the patties:
Bake the burger buns for 10 min at 170 degrees. To prepare the patties, finely chop the chicken breast and broccoli and add the egg and cheese.
Mix everything until the consistency is good enough to form the patties. Fry them in a pan for 5-10 min on low heat.
In the same pan, sauté the sliced mushrooms as desired.
Chop all other ingredients (grate the carrot) and top the buns as desired.
