MORE EXPENSIVE THAN REGULAR BAKED GOODS - ARE YOU WORTH THE PRICE?

Everyone should be aware that high-quality products, especially also gluten-free and protein-rich, hand-packed into your package and delivered to you within the shortest possible time, are simply not feasible in cheap.

Of course, you first compare our prices with supposedly "comparable products" that can be found in the supermarket. Our products can not be compared with these. Especially through the long shelf life, we are already massively different from mass products that usually end up in the trash unused.

Of course, it is difficult to move exclusively with high quality standards and without flavor enhancers or preservatives in the same price category, but that is also not our goal. We have made it our mission to enable you to eat healthy and without a guilty conscience, without sacrificing taste.

OUR PRODUCTS


WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE PRODUCTS?

We guarantee a minimum shelf life on our products of 3 months from production. When the products are delivered, the shelf life varies, because not every product can be produced fresh at the time of order. As a rule, you will receive products with a shelf life of 2 - 3 months. In addition, but also in the course of avoiding food waste, it is important to us to inform you about the difference between "best before" and "bad from". Because, as we all know, a best before date does not necessarily have to be an expiration date. Please always pay attention to the condition, smell and taste of the products instead of unnecessary waste.

CAN I FREEZE THE PRODUCTS?

Absolutely, many of our customers freeze our products and are very satisfied with them. Frozen products have a shelf life of about 6 months.

CAN I EAT THE PRODUCTS UNBAKED?

In principle, all our products can be eaten as they are. However, this is a matter of taste and up to you. We recommend to bake the products (oven, toaster or contact grill).

You can put all the items you want in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout (pay attention to our minimum order value).

There you can enter your customer information or log in if you already have an account with us.

You still have a discount code? Then enter it quickly in the field "Your discount code". In the last step you can choose your preferred payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.). You want to enter an alternative billing address? No problem - just select the alternative billing address and enter it there. Now you can complete your order and look forward to your upcoming delivery!

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY WORK?

Our products arrive at your home or at the desired location via climate-neutral GLS delivery.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

The delivery usually takes 2 - 3 business days. Depending on order volume and country of delivery, it may take a little longer here and there.

HOW CAN I PROCESS MY DELIVERIES? (ABO.)

Under "Delivery Schedule" you can see the next deliveries you can look forward to. The deliveries are sorted chronologically and grouped by delivery date, so you have a good overview of which products you will receive and when. Similar to subscriptions, you can also manage all the details of your upcoming deliveries.

do i subscribe directly?

No, you do not automatically sign up for a subscription with us unless you choose to do so. If something goes wrong, no problem, our subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you have further questions, please contact us directly via support@benfit-nutrition.com.

DO YOU WANT YOUR DATA DELETED?

If you decide you no longer want to be part of our family, your data can be removed from our system at any time upon request.

WHAT DOES A SUBSCRIPTION OFFER?

Our subscriptions offer maximum flexibility and can be taken out for selected products. You can also pause deliveries, change your delivery address, cancel your subscription and make many other changes at any time.

HOW CAN I SET UP A SUBSCRIPTION?

To set up a subscription, simply visit one of the product pages:


  • Select "Subscribe & Save".
  • Select the desired delivery frequency, for example 4 weeks. Click on "Add to cart".

The shopping cart will appear, where you can check your order and proceed to the secure checkout area.

HOW CAN I MANAGE MY ACCOUNT?

Once you have logged in, you can go to "Account Details" >> Manage Subscriptions to edit all aspects of your subscription.
Here you can customize the following:

  • Quantities of products in your subscription
  • the next delivery date of your subscription at which your next Benfit delivery will be sent out
  • the delivery frequency of your subscription, i.e. how often you will receive deliveries
  • the delivery address to which you want to receive your delivery
  • add unique items to the next subscription delivery
  • Exchange subscription products
HOW CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Suspend your subscription, for example, if you are going on a trip or if your supplies will last for a while. If you want to receive your products again, you can continue your subscription at any time from the same menu.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you no longer wish to receive a particular product, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply click on "Cancel" and confirm your cancellation.

HOW CAN I SET UP A NEW SUBSCRIPTION?

You can also order and create a new subscription without leaving your account area.
This is very convenient if you want to receive another product at a different interval or address than your regular delivery. Just "Add Product", select, add delivery interval and complete.


OUR LOYALTY PROGRAM


WHAT IS THE LOYALTY PROGRAM?

It's our way of showing our appreciation. You will receive credits for activities in our store, such as invitations to friends and acquaintances and purchases made by yourself. You can use the credit to earn discounts on purchases, the more credit you earn, the more you save.

No. Go ahead and earn as much credit as you can.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A REFERRED FRIEND CANCELS HIS ORDER?

Your "pending" credit will be deleted and removed from your account.

WHY IS MY BALANCE LOWER?

You or someone you referred canceled or returned an order.

I COMPLETED AN ACTIVITY AND DID NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT!

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and credit you.

CAN I REDEEM MY CREDIT IN THE PAYMENT PROCESS?

Not directly - please redeem your credit in the shopping cart before the payment process.

HOW DO I EXIT THE LOYALTY PROGRAM?

If you do not wish to continue earning points, please contact us. We will do our best to convert the open points into a voucher. This way your efforts will not be in vain. Please write us an e-mail.
