Vegan burger with beans patty
Homemade and vegan!
For the patty:
For the patty, blend the beans together with the flax seeds and then form into a patty, then fry in a pan.
Crisp up the burger bun in the oven. Slice the avocado and sauté the mushrooms. Slice the bun and top with lettuce, patty, avocado, mushrooms and mayo.
