Bake the bread in the oven or crisp like 2 individual slices on a contact grill.
Smear the feta on a slice and top with arugula. Boil an egg, cut in half and place on the slice.
Then cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on the bread as well. Season the whole thing and cover with the second slice of bread.
A country bread for breakfast - it doesn't get any better than this! The crispy crust and the soft inside no gluten-free country bakery can imitate us. We can only recommend it!
